How mobilization works
Role brief received → IOTEK shortlists profiles within 5 to 7 business days → client interviews → contracting → onboarding. For GCC placements, IOTEK manages the visa process, accommodation coordination, and in-country orientation through its Global Mobility practice. Engagement formats: time-and-materials (T&M), fixed-term SOW, or managed augmentation where IOTEK supervises output.
The right question is not “how many consultants can you supply?” but “can you supply a named FICO consultant with brownfield S/4HANA conversion experience and ZATCA Phase-2 hands-on work, available in Riyadh within 30 days?” Specificity of requirement is the right starting point.
